Conversion Rate Optimization

I frequently collaborated with CRO team members to evaluate website landing pages, ideate experiments, and recommend improvements. Using tools like GA4 and Hotjar, we determined that some of the most important pages weren’t engaging and converting users as well as they could be.

From a content standpoint, improvements included adding social proof and impactful figures, enhancing headlines, and rewriting copy to concisely convey key information while significantly reducing page length.

These efforts helped drive engagement time per session up by 139% and conversion rates up by 60%.
